Divident Polícy
The Board of directors intend to propose an annual dividend, or other similar transfer of value, corresponding to 30-50 percent of profit after tax.  In addition, the Board may recommend a further transfer of capital to the stockholders, provided that the Board considers this action to be justified in view of the anticipated future cash flow and the company's investment plans.
